Villa located in Jimbaran, just 1 km from the Jimbaran beach and only 500 m from the Four Seasons Hotel.
The villa is on 2 levels. Has 3 spacious bedrooms. The villa has been renovated in 2010 in a modern Balinese style.
Large living-lounge area. The villa has also 3 bathrooms. On the first floor mezzanine with working desk.
The swimming pool measures 10 m x 3,5 m is in a pleasant tropical garden. A BBQ is available.

Great villa from where you can visit all of Bali..they have a covered area for the scooters, all facilities are top and the house is cleaned every day..even the fishes if you forgot to do so
.. the beds are being serviced as in a hotel..nothing negative yo say!!!

Nice location on busy street(what street isn't in Bali?). Walk to beach in less than 15min. Caretaker very sweet and accommodating. Beautiful house and pool!

La villa est très agréable à vivre, avec de beaux espace et une décoration moderne.
Les salles de douches sont très propres. La cuisine est moderne et très bien équipée.
Les chambres sont bien décorées, très propres mais 2 climatisations sur 3 peinent un peu. Elles parviennent qd même à rafraîchir.
Kadek, jeune homme de 24 ans s'occupe du ménage et de l'entretien de la propriété. Il vit sur place, dans une partie séparée de la villa et est très serviable et discret. Il est très heureux de nous donner des conseils sur les visites, plages et aussi pour expliquer la culture indonésienne et la religion hindouiste. Il peut trouver des fruits et s'occuper de les préparer.
La piscine est très agréable (profondeur progressive de 1m à env 1,70m) Le jardin est petit, juste une bande de 4m qui longe la piscine. Il y a une place de parking pour garer la voiture à l'intérieur de la propriété et Kadek aide volontiers pour faire la circulation pour sortir en toute sécurité. La villa donne sur une rue assez passante et on entend la circulation depuis les chambres. L'isolation acoustique n'est pas une priorité à Bali ...
Le propriétaire est très disponible par mail pour tout renseignement. Il nous a réservé une voiture avec un partenaire local et tout était parfait et bon marché. Comme il est français, les échanges sont très faciles ...

Nice villa in a good location high above Jimbaran Bay on a busy road across from a small convenience grocery mart. The owner arranged a chef for us (he charged extra (with groceries it came to about $60 US for one meal for 4 people).
The beds and bed linens were comfortable. Staff were very pleasant.
