Slightly away from the beach area but with a scooter, this was a bonus as there wasn't any noise.

I needed to stay for 2 days before departure. This hotel is isolated so its quiet and relaxing. The manager gave a free room upgrade upon my registration and helped me with my luggage carrying it to the 2 floor by steps. The room I got was very spacious with a nice balcony and all needed utilities. The bed was comfortable. There was a kettle in the room, so I could have a nice tea. I ordered a breakfast into the room, it was tasty. I really liked this hotel and recommend it for tourists.

The first time I wanted to use the toilet, I noticed some dirty stains on the toilet seat. I reported it to the reception. They sent a housekeeper within ten minutes, and she cleaned it. The issue was resolved very quickly. And when I was checking out I carried a heave luggage downstairs (there was no elevator) the manager girl saw it but was just indifferent not offering or calling for help and was the same indifferent when checking out, probably bad mood. A little smile sometimes solves many issues.

Location was excellent, the hospitality staff including Whayu and Surya went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The property owner needs a bit more effort towards maintenance to make sure the guests do not have any issues during their stay.

Staff was very courteous and accommodating.

Facilities were terrible. The AC didn’t work, there was seepage smell in the rooms, the bathroom stank of broken sewer.
