Some of the utensils at the villa are not clean and working as expected. Example, water heater does not auto cutoff when it reaches boiling point. Also, the tub does not look much clean. The closet does not completely flush in single flush. Spa towels did not smell good and seemed like it is getting used beyond its life. All the staff were courteous and polite. Pool was good, but some of components like water taps, pipes etc need to be cleaned. Room was spacious and good.

Very nice resort, friendly staff, excellent rooms. Enjoyed the large open facilities,private pool, kitchen area and bathroom but still a large aircondition'd bedroom.
