Nice stay and attentive and respectful host.

Very nice room and excellent service. The pool is close to the bedroom. The restaurant’s food is delicious.

The worst Villa and the worst service in 15 years coming to Bali. 2 mornings with no hot water, 1 morning no electricity, no toilet paper…and after my stay, i have been one week asking for the invoice and they refuse to give it to me.

Everything have been chaotic. I would not recommend this Villa to no one

Nice location but villa needs a lot of maintenance

The properly is close to a mall and 10 minutes drive from the beach the staff is super nice and helpful

The property is old and the villa where we stayed the 2 bedroom, the villa needs some serious maintenance as all the walls are cracked the upstairs has an open window which isn’t great as all the insect are coming in the villa literally all the insects !!! The ants are gigantic and one bite me to the point I had to take antibiotics for a week and they walk everywhere the bathroom the bed the floor !!! The kitchen is super tiny and only one stove top which for a family is really hard to manage! Despite all this we adapt and the staff did their best to fix the situation

Gorgeous and wild

Location. It is a beautiful setting, not ideal for beach activities or sea swimming but it gas wonderful views.

The monkeys can be very intrusive. You live in a very well kept and high standard bungalow, however it being totally isolated and in the middle of a mountain means you’ll find animal excrements in your terrace, outside bath, shower etc regularly.

Great place to stay!

The Joglo is a cozy place to stay! Love the facilities & amenities provided. They are all sufficient for an affordable stay in Jimbaran.

Many flies in the room, especially during the night. Maybe can include a netting to drape it over the bed. Room does have a slight musty smell probably humidity and the infrastructure of the wood.

Peaceful location with spacious comfort and pleasant view

Can't think of anything! This property offered a wonderfully refreshing and relaxing experience! Just a note of caution: For those planning to explore Uluwatu without a car, getting around can be a bit challenging. Most attractions, apart from Patung Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK Park), may not be within easy walking distance. So... be prepared to master mobility apps! ;-)

Great affordable place to stay while in Jimbaran.

Our room was in a lovely setting poolside. The bed was super comfy as well. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. With a great selection of food available, laundry and massages close by.

Not up to basic expectations

Housekeeping standards were really poor, with leftover litter and used slippers from previous guests. We requested for morning housekeeping service, so our son could sleep after lunch. This request was ignored two days in a row. Swimming towels are removed when used, but not replaced unless requested. No foot mats / bath mats provided in bathrooms or even at the front door. Terrace areas were left with lots of sand from previous days, wasp nests on terrace furniture not removed, rooftop terrace lounge table was never even wiped during a 5 day stay…… Toilet paper and facial tissue replacement only done after requested. Only 2 coffee cups provided in ạ 3-bedroom villa? AC in both upstairs rooms didn’t work properly. Despite the manager’s promise to have it fixed, it was never attended to. In fact, we are still waiting for the apology! Both upstairs bedrooms have some windows without any cover. There’s no curtain or blind, so the afternoon sun bakes straight in, which doesn’t provide much opportunity for an afternoon nap in the heat of the day, especially when the AC doesn’t work. This place is ‘okay’, but don’t expect an actual villa experience When our issues were raised with the manager he seemed rather unmotivated to address it, and immediately started talking about compensation. All we wanted was a basic stay with functional facilities, which doesn’t get fixed by compensation. We are unlikely to return or to recommend Kubu GWK after such an experience.

We really appreciate Made who made yummy 😋 breakfast ( we ordered Egg Benedict) for us 7:30 ( earlier than scheduled breakfast time from 8:30-10:30 ) Thank you very much Made The location is great, very near Sidewalks. swimming pool looks clean and inviting. There is a kitchen but not equipped. However upon request they provide us with a pan, 2 plates/ bowls/ cutlery, chopping board and knife. The name of this place is very confusing as it says Kubu GWK Villa in booking.com but on the site and google map it says kubu GWK Resort

Bathroom’s water is very cold 😮 so I was forced to take a cold shower. Shower head is not well positioned. As soon as you turn on the tap, water flushes outside bathroom area so the whole bathroom is wet and slippery and dangerous for guests. We had issue with the gas stove which does not light up and had to ask the front office to send people to come and investigate. After attempting to fix for quite a long time, it could not be fixed so we had to ask them to leave a cigarette lighter for us to turn on the gas burner ourself this way. Basin in the bathroom is not well drained so water takes a long time to drain down.

Such a great accommodation and great people! Everything was clean, everyone was super helpful :) the location is great as well, you have a calm night but just a few minutes to the next mall to and center. I loved it and would definitely come back🥰 (Just a little tip to safe you nerves.. the address on booking is wrong if you open it with google maps I think)

The pictures must have been taken about 10years ago as the Villa Alamanda looks NOTHING like the pictures. The worst experience EVER and we have been to Bali 12 times and never stayed in a place so bad. The sheets were stained and yellow from being so old. Very old stained mattresses. Only 2 air conditioners working, so one bedroom could not be used at all even though we paid for a 3 bedroom villa and no or any refund was offered. Such a damp smell. Power went on/off. Couldn't use any bath as plugs didn't work. Food provided was nothing like picture. Too much to list. The place was so run down. I only showed some pictures as I couldn't put up all. NEVER EVER STAY HERE - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND CANCEl YOUR BOOKING!!! BE VERY VERY CAREFUL.

Amicable staff; everybody was very helpful and polite. The room was pretty decent. Close to the hotel there is a mall with some good options to eat and drink, very useful!

We did not stay, once we had arrived and inspected the property it was not comfortable or relaxing.

Check in was easy

The photos online were not a fair representation of the property. They portrayed a clean well looked after villa. When in reality it was not well presented at all. The pool was dirty, the couch in the Living area looked like it had been picked up off the side of the street. And the property was swarming in mosquitos and there was no way of escaping from them as the doors and windows did not seal off from the outside.

Nice staff, but Villa is in serious need of maintenance

The guys who came with breakfast and to clean were great. They were always so helpful and respectful.

For reference, we stayed at the Allamanda Villa, the 3 bedroom one with a private pool. The villa is very run down and in need of maintenance. There is mold on the walls, and the sheets have stains. There are ants, millipedes, and centipedes all over the villa, even in the kitchen and bedrooms. The villa wasn't truly clean. They tidied up but didn't really clean since stains on the floor would still be there days later. I think there is a reason why the pictures are from afar. Up close, you can see it falling apart. Unless they fix it up and really clean it, I wouldn't stay there again.

An amazing place to stay. close to the beach, there is a shopping mall just 2 mins walk. A lot of restaurants around. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and well maintained, many thanks to the staff🤗 was very helpful, available 24 hours😀
