Property has a nice garden with lot of flowers, nice pool and amazing view to GWK statue. It’s quite and lovely place!

A truly wonderful property — we were very satisfied with our stay. It's comfortable, quiet, and ideal for rest and relaxation. When we requested an early check-in, they responded and approved very quickly. The staff were kind and extremely helpful. The architecture and design are clearly planned with relaxation and enjoyment in mind, making it easy to unwind and make the most of your holiday. Staying at this property was one of the highlights of our Bali trip — thank you. It's definitely a place we would love to come back to.

There were some maintenance-related shortcomings. For example, a few tiles inside the pool were cracked and had not been repaired, which made swimming feel slightly uncomfortable. The bathtub in the bathroom was not in a condition suitable for use. These were things we couldn't do much about — however, the toilet faucet was quite old and not functioning properly, so we reported it and the technical team came immediately and replaced it with a new one. Very fast and responsive support on that front.

La ubicación me pareció bastante mala. Era necesario coger taxi hasta para ir a cenar. No hay ningún restaurante al rededor y las zonas más turísticas están bastante alejadas.
