Clear instructions with photos of the location of the key were provided in time before the check in. Later on I also got a what's app message with useful phone numbers in Athens for emergency etc.
The host was ever so professional, attentive and always very kind and polite.
The location is great and about 15 mins walk from Monastiraki square.
I will only suggest installing a showerhead hold in the bathroom so both hands could be free when taking a shower.

Appartamento al terzo piano con ascensore, comodo e funzionale. Camere da letto ampie e confortevoli. La cucina sufficientemente attrezzata anche se in una settimana non abbiamo mai cucinato. La posizione ottima, per chi preferisce camminare, circa 15minuti fa Psirri e 20/25 dal centro. Altrimenti metro vicina. Quartiere tranquillo anche di sera. Host disponibile, tramite messaggi
Il bagno un po’ sotto le aspettative. Spazi ridotti e mancanza della doccia classica col box. Vasca da bagno presente. In più l’acqua calda purtroppo necessita di continui restart del sistema elettrico con conseguente attesa per la doccia per tutti. Alla prima circostanza c’era solo l’acqua fredda per lavarsi in quanto non era stato segnalato precedentemente. Poi l’host, ricevendo la nostra segnalazione, ci ha fornito le indicazioni.

Great location with some good lookout spots and stores nearby. Right next to the subway. Very comfortable apartment for a great value.

Comfortable beds.
No warm water during few hours in the day. So we cannot take proper shower.
Also irregularity in heating.
