Lokalizacja jest świetna! Po wyjściu z budynku możemy znaleźć wszystko, czego dusza zapragnie. Sklepy, apteki, banki i przeróżne usługi. Przystanek pod nosem. Do promenady 15 min spacerkiem. Pokój ładnie urządzony, dobre wyposażenie. Bardzo wygodne i duże łóżko.
Meble na balkonie moim zdaniem nie nadają się do użytku. Są bardzo zaniedbane i wymagają odrestaurowania. Nie korzystaliśmy z balkonu, bo nie wygląda zachęcająco. Prysznic wymaga wymiany lub renowacji. Zepsute drzwi od kabiny, wypadające z szyny i ogólny stan wizualny prysznica nie zadowoliły nas. Można to zmienić.

Bardzo przyjaźni sąsiedzi, bliskość komunikacji miejskiej i sklepów.
Stan ogólny mieszkania i budynku,który chyba znajdował się w remoncie. Brak reakcji ze strony wynajmującego na zgłoszenie braku dostępu do kanałów tv .

Dobre miejsce na krótki pobyt
Przyjemne małe mieszkanie z kuchnią i tarasem w samym centrum Gdyni. W okolicy dużo knajpek i sklepów, dość blisko do morza i SKM. Dobrze działający internet.
Oświetlenie w sypialni/salonie jest męczące, brakuje choćby małej lampki nocnej, albo takiej do pracy na stole/biurku. Jest tylko prosty górny żyrandol, bez abażura albo żadnej innej osłony, więc światło jest jak w supermarkecie.
