Location was superb! - walkable distance to Train station, the town/street with lots of restaurants / cafes, as well as to the coast. Apartment was extremely spacious! We loved it with the sea related decorations!

Nice and fully equipped spacious apartmentin the centre of Gdynia. Very goof quality WiFi.

A lovely winter week in the heart of Gdynia.

Location is excellent - 10 minutes from the coastal boulevard, 2 minutes from Świętojańska street (shopping and eating), 12 minutes walk from the train station. Even if it is located near dual carriageway, the bedroom is facing the backyard, so it is not noisy. The apartment is very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Kitchen is well equipped (including a dishwasher). Wifi was working well. I lectured online and did not experienced any problems with Internet connection.

There is one thing, which has to be taken into account when booking this apartment for elderly people or people with some physical problems - it is really fifth floor (no apartments on ground floor nor first floor) with no lift (9 flights of stairs). It is not a problem for young and fit people, but my parents over 70 and fit for their age found it difficult to climb the stairs twice a day.

Było brudno (szczegolnie w łazience i kuchni), opis nie wskazywał, że to stare budownictwo wąska klatka schodowa i 3cie piętro bez windy. Wyraźna prośba o przygotowanie dwóch łóżek nie została spełniona, mimo iż w ogłoszeniu podano taką opcję.

Mieszkanie godne polecenia. Blisko teatru muzycznego i morza oraz dworca. Bardzo dobry kontakt i szybkie odpowiedzi na pytania od właściciela. Wszystko zgodne z opisem na stronie. Mieszkanie zarówno na krótkie jak i długie pobyty. Blisko sklepy spożywcze. Polecam.

W mieszkaniu się podobało wszystko tylko dojście na 3 piętro bo brak windy może być uciążliwe dla starszych osób.

Świetna lokalizacja, duże przestronne mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystko co najważniejsze. Świetnie doposażona kuchnia, rolety w sypialni na duży plus. Czysto i przytulnie.

Najgorsze to 4 piętro bez windy.Jesteśmy ludżmi w starszym wieku, więc trochę było ciężko wchodzić kilka razy dziennie..

Doskonały kontakt z gospodarzem, super lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko. Fajny, morski, stylowy klimat całego apartamentu, dobre wyposażenie : )

Trochę ciasno na wewnętrznym parkingu. W sypialni przydałyby się ciemne zasłony lub rolety : )
