Umihouse apartamentos centro Alicante

Tidy, close to city centre. Bathroom and kitchen were great, and air-conditioning was very handful. Balcon was a plus so we could dry our clothes after the beach and drink our morning coffee. We enjoyed our stay here.

I have only good things to say about Umihouse! We are impressed already on arrival - great location, central but quiet, self check in and key pick up, spotless apartment! The kitchen was equipped with anything you might need, there was also a washing machine with detergent we could use. The hosts had really thought about everything. We had a little problem the first night of the stay and I contacted Umihouse here on booking - not only they responded within 5min but someone came to solve the issue within 15min. And all of that after midnight! I have never experienced such customer service! This accommodation and it's hosts deserve the highest rating possible!

We had an amazing time here. Only a 20min walk from the beach, and there was a Mercadona nearby. It was very clean when we arrived. It had a coffee machine and pods. It had an umbrella/ parasol which was perfect for the beach. There were lots of towels available and enough cooking equipment. It also had ice trays which were very useful throughout our stay. The shower had very good water pressure and always stayed hot when we needed it too.

It did get quite sandy as we came back from the beach a lot, and there wasn’t a sweep or brush in the room. However, I reckon we could have asked downstairs and there would have been one. Balcony was quite small, but it was good for drying our clothes outside as it had a clothes rack.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and we met the owners at check in. The were very kind and helpful. 10 mins walk to the city center, 20 mins to the beach. Quiet enough apartment, we slept well. Apartment is well equipped.
