環境非常乾淨，空間也很足夠，洗沐選品很用心。

一開始入住前先看其他房客評論，跟同行友人還擔心入住的規則會不會有很多難以遵守，但實際入住五天四夜後，其實入住守則都是一些很基本的規定，讓每一個入住的房客都能享受乾淨整齊的休憩地。
另外，男老闆與女老闆也非常熱情好客，常常在客廳碰面到會關心，有沒有吃飯了，也會推薦我們很多個好吃好玩的地點，還會幫忙推薦交通方式，像是推薦的租車行等等，讓我下次還會期待入住。
同時，有著四隻非常可愛乖巧的貓咪，每次去客廳都會期待看見貓咪愜意的躺著，而且貓咪也很大方，大多時候都不介意我們摸他們好幾把。
唯一的超級迷你不足就是冰箱沒有冷凍，但會提供一個冷藏小冰箱給房客們冷藏東西

一塵不染的空間，清爽明亮的房間與床，夜晚寧靜。公用區熱水壺. 小冰箱. 淨水器亦方便貼心。屋主明快有條理的經營風格與生活公約看似繁瑣，實則是與消費者相互尊重與安心的安排。
