Very good location

The furnishings and decor were not impressive

The location is great and easy to find, with a very convenient geographical position. The room has large windows that make it bright and airy, and the space is comfortable. It offers excellent value for money. There is a CCTV in the living room, so you can stay here safely. You can store your luggage before check-in. The password for the door is changed every day, so it is very secure. The staff can be contacted via WhatsApp, so you can reach them even without the Line app. The elevator is convenient, and there is a water dispenser in the public area where you can get hot water—I really like this feature. There is no refrigerator in the room, but there is one in the public area. Overall, everything was excellent.

The bathroom light keeps flickering, sometimes bright and sometimes dim. At night, the red light from the smoke alarm or some other device is very bright and cannot be turned off. Everything else is great. The only thing is that the room is right next to the elevator, so I can hear people talking when they take the elevator in the morning. But it’s quiet at night, with no noise. Outside the window, I only occasionally hear the sound of motorcycles.

Very affordable option in a great location, close by to all the laneways nearby (snail lane had a surprising french inspired bistro filled with wine, champagne, charcuterie, cheese and other options - we visited twice!), 7-11 around the corner and really cool streets, shopping areas, and food options nearby, with some very trendy bars really closeby. We really enjoyed the stay and seeing all the lanterns popping up preparing for lunar new year. More of a hostel with private room but provided a safe and relatively comfortable and private stay. We loved exploring the area and using the room as a base for sleeping and storing our bags. We also ate the best beef noodle soup from two separate locations within walking distance from the apartment. Really convenient for just getting out and exploring the city!

Not anything we didn't like persay but would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room rather than the communal fridge downstairs and the mattress and pillows were very hard (but this was fairly common with most places we stayed). We still preferred this budget option vs stupidly overpriced hotel options in the area.

Loved the location of the homestay, very close and walkable to a lot of sights and restaurants for a great price with a shared kitchen. Staff is quick to respond on the line app most of the time.

The pictures looked much better online. Had to use the line app to communicate with the staff and check in. Luggage storage is until 3pm but luckily they were able to extend the time for us. There were also mosquitos in our room. Would try staying elsewhere next.
