1.空間大、燈光充足 2.有小沙發、電風扇 3.乾淨、整潔 4.有飲水機（但是在一樓）
1.下大雨房間嚴重漏水，非常困擾 2.樓梯蠻陡，不適合長輩或大行李 3.11:00退房，11:01還在走樓梯就打電話來了，第一次遇到這麼趕的管家 4.隔音不好（幸好晚上都是雨聲） 5.無乾濕分離
