About this house rental
Three bedrooms, large living room, and big kitchen in a custom home on a desert landscaped lot. Relatively quiet neighborhood that is a short drive to the freeway and many stores and restaurants.
The house is built on a hill so it is 2 stories but you walk into the upper level, which is where the master bedroom, living room, and dining area are so there are no stairs for those spaces. The two bedrooms downstairs have queen beds and each has its own bathroom. The large back yard is simply a desert landscape, and I often see desert ground squirrels, rabbits, quail, hawks, and once in a while even coyotes or bobcats. There is a small wash that runs through my backyard during heavy rains.

This is a lovely home with a very nice host. The house was very well stocked with amenities and because of the layout it 'feels' bigger than the square feet would indicate. Highly recommended.
