This memorable house is the perfect place for your trip to Tucson. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this property offers a peaceful retreat for all guests.
The Dwelling has 3 bedrooms including a master suite with a king bed, dual sink and large shower tub, a second bedroom with a full bed and built in closet, and a third bedroom with a queen bed and a personal TV. You'll have plenty of space to relax and unwind. The house features convenient amenities with WiFi, AC, a washing machine and a large beautiful yard.
Entertain yourself and your guests both indoors and out. With a pool table in a large gathering area inside, and a beautiful yard with lots of shade, citrus trees, turf and a gathering area with a firepit! We also offer a smaller dog run within the side yard with easy access for your pup from within the house, to come and go as they please. You don't have to worry about coming home to check on your pups or take them out, plus they will get to enjoy their own turf to spend the day on while you are visiting all that Tucson has to offer.

We appreciated this property. Beds were super comfortable in all 3 rules. I would suggest no rug or a rug that lies flat under pool table- the one there is a major trip hazard. Air worked great! We appreciated the ease of departure.

We were in town for a quick weekend for our son's graduation. It was an easy drive to campus and we were easily able to find all that we needed within a few miles of the house.The house was quiet, clean and comfortable.

Patrick was great for communication. He was thorough in providing Welcome info and area details. We did have some issues with internet. Once he was aware, he was prompt to gain resolution. The location was really one of the best features of the listing. We did a lot of cycling, hiking, and exploration of Tucson. The location was central enough and close to the interstate as well as the Rillito bike path(s), so everything was ez enough to access. The space of the house was nice with room for everything. Off street parking for several cars was also a . Not the fault of the owner, but the location was noisy due to master BR facing street traffic on Curtis St and a nearby construction company that started each day with machinery noise at about 6:30 AM. The noise made it inadvisable to have the windows open during the night time hours.
