Summary:
Modern, spacious home with fabulous access to Catalina foothills, west-side hiking and biking, Tucson’s finest shopping districts and restaurants. In quiet Casas Adobe neighborhood cul-de-sac, 20 minutes from downtown. Fully equipped cooks’ kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, baking and cooking tools and accessories. Outdoor pool, new Weber grill, covered backyard patio with conversation area, dining for 8, shaded rocking chaise for two. Complete set of outdoor tableware, dishes, glasses, serving pieces for easy, worry-free outdoor dining. Portable, full sized indoor/outdoor ping pong table, portable Sony speakers, a Yamaha 6-string guitar, free weights, roller ball, yoga mat, bike toolbox and tire pump. A stay-at-home resort!

Our software automatically discounts 10% for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays and our posted prices is our best price, so please do not message us asking for a "special discounted rate."
The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time.
We accept dogs not cats for an additional $120 nonrefundable pet fee
If there are any issues during your stay, please contact the host and give them the opportunity to address any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay.
We no longer make exceptions to the published cancellation policy for any reason so if you want to be extra safe should you need to cancel, please purchase trip insurance.
This property has a front doorbell camera that is remotely viewable and records upon seeing motion. The camera is not actively monitored but acts as a safety device to track and record who enters and exits the home should there ever be an issue. This camera is very conspicuous and is the only camera located at this property.

Our family of 7 stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from U of Arizona. It was the perfect place for us - spacious and equipped with everything we need for a grand celebration. The swimming pool was welcome relief from the AZ heat! Quiet safe neighborhood. Highly recommend!
