Set in Tucson's Picturesque northwest side, this home is surrounded by majestic desert scenery and stunning mountain views.
The Space:
The primary bedroom is a true sanctuary-featuring a King-size bed, sliding glass doors that open to the patio and desert scenery, and a en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet complete with a vanity area for getting ready in comfort.
For those mixing work and leisure, the dedicated office provides a quiet space to focus - or simply unwind in the massage chair after a long day. There's also a futon, perfect for lounging or accommodating an extra guest.
The first guest bedroom includes a king-size bed and its own ensuite bath, giving added privacy and hotel-style comfort. The second guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the third guest bedroom also offers a queen-size bed and a large window overlooking the backyard, filling the room with natural light and peaceful desert views.
Outside, enjoy the sparking pool and spa, multiple patio spaces, and the tranquility of the northwest Tucson desert - the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or stargazing under Arizona's wide-open sky.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, including:
-The sparkling Pool and relaxing spa
-A private office perfect for remote work or quiet reading
-Four bedrooms, including two en suite baths for added privacy
-The third garage bay, thoughtfully converted into a private fitness center with equipment for a convenient at-home workout
-Multiple patio areas ideal for enjoying the desert landscape and mountain views
The Neighborhood:
This home sits next to a quiet cul-de-sac in a scenic, upscale neighborhood surrounded by towering saguaros, desert blooms, and sweeping Catalina Mountain views. It's peaceful and private, yet close to everything-just a short drive to Oro Valley Marketplace, La Encantada, and Tucson's best dining, golf, and outdoor adventures.
Wake up to pink and golden sunrises over the mountains, spend your days relaxing by the pool and spa, and unwind at night under a brilliant desert sky.
The neighborhood's spacious lots and natural landscaping create a true retreat atmosphere while still offering easy access to Catalina State Park, Saguaro National Park West, and local favorites like Noble Hops and El Charro Cafe.

No Parties
Dogs only are on a case by case basis, must share breed and size prior to reservation
NO more than 2 dogs 50 lbs or less
Pet fee will be added $149
Pet rules
1.Pets must stay off all furniture at all times
2.Pets must be picked up after daily not at end of reservation
3. Must clean linens prior to check out as pet hair is hard to get out and this will help with cleaners as they will wash a second time
Pool & Spa Rules
1.Pool can be heated for $100 a day with a 3 day minimum, must communicate if wanting heated at reservation so we can prepare
2.Pool cleaner absolutely cannot be taken out of pool at anytime, this will prevent damage cost as your responsibility
3.There is a 2 hour cap per day on using the spa with 1 hour heating separate per owners stipulation/ You must turn on spa when you arrive due to cost of running, you are responsible for overage cost if you forget to turn off, we cannot turn it on for you since there is a cap per day unfortunately

The property was beautiful. Outside area was great, including the pool area. The location was pretty easy to get into areas of Tucson we wanted to go including downtown. The host was easy to communicate with. I would recommend and would definitely go back to this house. Thank you for making it a great family get away.

This lovely home is exactly what our family needed for our short trip. The outdoor space was terrific, especially the hot tub. This home has a great location...close to shops and major highway. Prompt communication from the property manager. A wonderful stay!

Our time at Canyon Ridge Oasis was WONDERFUL! The clean, beautifully decorated house contained comfortable beds (top of my must-haves list for any rental), a luxurious, well-stocked kitchen, with three lovely dining areas and lots of sun and natural beauty from the surrounding landscape pouring in through the large living room windows. We enjoyed the outdoor areas for stargazing, lounging, and hot-tubbing and the surrounding neighborhood for brisk early morning and evening walks. Hosts were super responsive and helpful, and we would definitely book this property again.
