Walking distance to the award winning Omni Tucson National, just 20 minutes from downtown, U of A, Banner
•Well trained pets are welcomed (with extra cleaning fee) however due to the homes scenic desert location there will be wildlife. Coyotes, javelina, bobcats, rattlesnakes, predatory birds are regular visitors and they are looking for hunting opportunities. It is highly advised to supervise pets and kids
•Gatherings ok- No Ragers
•Kitchen is fully equipped. Blender, mixer, waffle maker, griddle, air fryer, crock pot, toaster, everything you could possibly need to chef it up.
•Living room offers lots of family board games and smart tv with streaming services, air purifier, iRobot self cleaning vacuum
•Bedroom 1 offers a mountain view, twin sized bed with pull out trundle twin bed. Smart tv with streaming services and gaming console
•Bedroom 2 offers a mountain view, queen sized bed, cozy electric fireplace, smart tv with streaming services
•Bedroom 3 (the master bedroom) offers pool view, king sized bed, a futon, smart tv with streaming services, private bathroom
•Master bathroom offers large tub, rainfall shower, includes necessities- shampoo, conditioner, body wash
•Bathroom 1 offers large rainfall shower and standard size tub, includes necessities- shampoo, conditioner, body wash
•Laundry room offers modern washer and dryer and household cleaning supplies provided

This is a desert location, wildlife sightings possible, dust gusts are part of the desert elements at times and therefore dirt will sometimes appear on outdoor furniture and windows.
FYI- Tucson has hard water which calcifies on fixtures and where there is frequent water flow which can look like white dust on black fixtures, and hard water lines in tubs, toilets and around faucets.
