Coyotes, javelina, bobcats, rattlesnakes, predatory birds are regular visitors and they are looking for hunting opportunities. It is highly advised to supervise pets and kids

•Kitchen is fully equipped. Blender, mixer, waffle maker, griddle, air fryer, crock pot, toaster, everything you could possibly need to chef it up.

This is a desert location, wildlife sightings possible, dust gusts are part of the desert elements at times and therefore dirt will sometimes appear on outdoor furniture and windows.
FYI- Tucson has hard water which calcifies on fixtures and where there is frequent water flow which can look like white dust on black fixtures, and hard water lines in tubs, toilets and around faucets.
