Spacious 2-story, A/C, home boasts 3770 square feet of living space with plenty of room for large gatherings with an amazing kitchen, plus a brand new hot tub. Patio decks front and back. Woodlands Golf course 14th hole is almost in your backyard. 4 large bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom. Large family, game room downstairs with wet bar, new 55 in. We loved the house! Everything was exactly as described. The house was extremely clean, super comfortable furniture, plenty of seating at the table and bar for our whole family and a kitchen with lots of gadgets, mixing bowls, serving options and pans. Spices for every ethnic flavor and enough plates, bowls and cups for 2 large group meals. We brought a few bikes and appreciated the bikes available in the garage for those who were not able to bring one from home. The kids played downstairs while the adults gathered upstairs. 4 and a half baths meant no one needed to wait, and the 3 married couples could have their own rooms since the kids fit in the bunk room. I definitely recommend this house for family trips to Sunriver. You won't be disappointed.

Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, bikes in great condition, lots of games, hot tub was ready and clean, quiet property, and Sun River is a fun place with many activities. We enjoyed the SHARC and the bike paths. The downstairs game room does have an open area in the corner to the upstairs living room so noise was a bit of an issue. We let grand kids watch tv in master bedroom to keep things quiet. Enjoyed our stay.

We a a wonderful family vacation here! It’s a great location to bike all over Sun River. Our family particularly enjoyed the foosball, shuffle board, bikes,SHARC passes, & the hot tub. A big plus for us was the baby gear for our grandson. It was very clean & well organized. Susan is a very responsive host & easy to work with. We definitely would stay here again. Thank you!

This house accommodated our group of 7 very comfortably. Kids enjoyed the downstairs game room, and everyone slept well. Meals were a piece of cake, barbeque was great and access to SHARC and trails on bikes was awesome. Great vacation!

Susan’s property was absolutely perfect. It had the most well appointed kitchen of any rental I’ve ever stayed at. She was incredibly easy to communicate m, and the house didn’t miss a single thing. The house was perfect for our group of 12. Comfortable beds and pillows, great air conditioning, many games and sports equipment. Everything was so easy, clean and comfortable. Great view of the golf course and the kids enjoyed the hot tub. Susan was extremely quick to respond and made everything a breeze. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We came into town for a soccer tournament and couldn’t have been more happy with our stay! We had a large group of 4 adults and 5 kids…even had 2 extra adults for one night and still had room to spare. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need…even entertaining! Everyone had their own bed (which they all said was VERY comfortable, by the way) and the setup was perfect for our group. I loved how the kid room had 3 bunks and still plenty of room. We had some of the team over for a BBQ one evening and the space was perfect for entertaining! Game room and downstairs TV was a hit! …and perfect for those who didn’t want to sit and relax upstairs in the living room looking out all the windows. Hot tub was large which was a bonus. Susan was so great at communicating and she has definitely thought of everything….even down to the extra propane tank for the BBQ. Teenagers loved the freedom they had with use of the bikes and SHARC passes. My ONLY regret is that we did not book the home for longer. We will definitely be back..,and extend our stay!

We have stayed in many vacation homes in various destinations and your home was by far the most complete and well stocked home. The kitchen was a joy to cook in and there was an abundance of bath and beach towels to last 11 kids and adults for ten days. This made our trip most enjoyable. The layout of the home allowed for kids and grandkids to have their own floor why grandparents enjoyed the comfort of the master suite on the top floor. The information in the binder as well as your instructions sent to us before our arrival allowed for easy use of the house. All agreed that we would definitely want to rent the house again as it felt like home. The only issue we had was getting the recycle garbage picked up.When we arrived the garbage can in the garage was filled with recycle garbage . We put it out on Monday and it wasn’t taken. We put it out the next time the garbage came along with our recycle items and again it wasn’t taken. We hope they took it on the Monday after we left

This home was accurately described, well stocked with high quality and well cared for furnishings and supplies. Management was very responsive, even quickly answering a question on a Fathers Day Sunday morning! We were comfortable having a family reunion with both small children and elderly grandparents. I would return here in the future, if given the chance.

Just spent 4 days with my family in Sunriver and it was an awesome trip. The Sunriver area is fantastic with so much to do in the immediate area, not to mention in Bend and the surrounding areas. Susan's house was a great choice for us as we had multiple families and generations and having a beautiful and spacious house to stay in really enhanced our Sunriver experience. The view out the back of the golf course was very nice! Downstairs was a fun room with a bar, pinball machine, foosball, and shuffleboard. The reservation, check-in process, and communication from Susan was also great. I really want to call out the bikes. Most houses we have rented provide bikes that seem to be second or third hand and not necessarily in the greatest of shape. The bikes Susan provided were above par and had really nice Shimano gear systems that made our ride to Benham Falls (must see!) a breeze. As far as what we did in the area, all of which were a great time - horseback riding, Big Eddy Thriller raft trip, taking advantage of the SHARC passes to hang out at the pool, and bike riding. If you are thinking of coming to Sunriver, do it! And, if you are looking for a great place to stay while you are there, rent this house!

After 9 years of Sunriver vacations, this was the best liked home by everyone in our family of 11. The kitchen was very spacious and very well equipped. The house was very well furnished with comfortable couches and a terrific game room. You also have a beautiful view of the golf course from the kitchen and deck. Everyone wants to return to this house next year.

This is a very nicely furnished home. We ate most of our meals in and we appreciated the well supplied kitchen. It is in a great location with a lovely view of the golf course. The only negative was that two of the mattresses were not comfortable for two sleepers. They rolled to the middle of the double bed in the bunk room and the queen bed in the room by the hot tub.

The kids, 3-10, were awed by the bunk room, the sleds, the game room, and passes to Sharc. They loved having their own spaces. The 6 adults, loved that each bedroom had its own attached bathroom, the well supplied kitchen, the dumbwaiter for unloading the many supplies and the fact the kids were happy campers. Susan = great host. Definitely 5+ stay!

We had a fantastic time celebrating Thanksgiving at Susan’s house. It was really clean, plenty of room for 10 of us. The kitchen was beyond well stocked. Susan even had the house decorated for Thanksgiving and outdoor lights on the house. The hot tub was a hit. The master bedroom bed was really comfortable. TV’s in every room. Plenty of parking for 5 cars. We will be back!

10 of us stayed for 4 nights and we loved it! Great place for all the kids, loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. We had so much fun with the games and pinball machine. Super close to the SHARC and the village. We used the bikes and bike trailer for our 2 year old and rode to the playground, just right down the road. The kids were in the hot tub every night! Overall a wonderful stay!

First the pros: the house is large and each bedroom has its own bathroom - big bonus!! The kitchen is also very large and there's 2 living room areas for people to relax. The appliances are new and work well. Also, the AC is fabulous and well needed given the heat and smoke while we were visiting. Areas to be improved: The cleaning could use some work. Even though the owner left a sign out that requested that we don't eat in the living room, there were already crumbs under one of the chairs (for example). Next, there were quite a few bugs and pests around the house, including a wasp nest near the hot tub. Pest control is badly needed. We also had an issue with one of the showers where we couldn't get hot water longer than a minute or two. The rest of the showers were fine. Last, this is more of an architectural issue but worth mentioning -- there is an open space in the upstairs living room where you can see down into the downstairs living room. We typically avoid these types of houses as we find that noise carries easily from one room to the next. The kids were watching a movie downstairs and because the TV is right below this opening, everyone upstairs had to listen to it as well. Overall, we had a mostly enjoyable experience, but will find somewhere else next year.

We enjoyed our stay at Susan’s property! Her communication was excellent and she was immediately responsive with any questions we had. The three masters w/ en-suite bathrooms were great for three couples. The kids enjoyed the downstairs game room to hang and watch TV. The house was spotless-clean,clean, clean!! As the pictures show, the house is not updated and a bit funky, but overall a great place!

Despite there being some nice pictures with this listing, the beautiful view through the pine trees and aspens to the 14th golf green certainly surpassed it . . . I spent tons of time out on the deck reading, playing games and dining .... very nice sense of privacy and serenity. The home is very spacious with great appliances. We greatly enjoyed our time here!

Great location and perfect for families! The house was very clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials, toys/games, and bikes. Each bedroom with its own bathroom made sharing this house with multiple families easy. The downstairs is a great hangout space for both kids and adults alike! Susan was a great communicator, and responded promptly to any questions that I had. Its hard to beat this location, with easy access to Fort Rock Park, the Village, and the bike paths. Definitely would stay here again!
