Seeking the ideal Caribbean villa for a family reunion, a girls’ getaway, or golf trip with the guys? Look no further than the lovely Villa Carolina, situated between the gorgeous reefs of Puerto Morelos and the trendy vibe of Playa del Carmen. Located 25 minutes south of the Cancun International Airport and 15 minutes to the famous shopping and activities in Playa del Carmen. Included with each booking is one roundtrip airport transportation service for up to 10 people! An easy, stress free arrival.
With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, there’s plenty of room for everyone in this fully equipped seaside home within the gated community of Playa Paraiso. Tastefully designed by local master architect Jesus Romero, the home boasts gorgeous marble floors, ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout.
Upstairs you will find three beautifully appointed suites with king beds. The Master Suite includes a sitting area, writing desk, television, and a gorgeous en-suite bathroom with a corner jacuzzi tub. The spacious and comfortable Ocean and Garden Terrace Suites share a large bathroom conveniently located outside each bedroom door. There is access from our two oceanside bedrooms to the full-length beach view balcony, which is a great place to enjoy your first cup of coffee and plan your day each morning!
Downstairs you will find two additional bedroom suites: The Downstairs Ocean Suite, with another king- sized bed, and the sweetly decorated Twin Suite, both with en-suite full bathrooms. There is ample closet space, along with an elevated design aesthetic throughout.
The open concept living area is both stylish and comfortable, with plenty of seating, wireless broadband internet, DISH satellite television, a full gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and stunning granite countertops, and a conveniently located half-bath. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation has been thoughtfully provided for you. A wonderfully unique feature of this villa is the state-of-the-art ultraviolet/reverse osmosis water filtration system that provides safe, drinkable water throughout the entire home.
Step outside to the spacious furnished terrace, out through the manicured garden and to your private infinity pool. A great house with lots of open space !
The deck, the patio and pool area are perfect, right on the beach.
Six of us had plenty of room in the house, each couple had their own area, the bedrooms are spread out nicely.
The kitchen was well equipped, we had a chef cook for us two of the nights, "unoevents.com" they prepared two amazing meals.
We were able to walk up the beach and charter a boat one day to do some snorkeling .
Angela, the property manager was great, she responded promptly to any questions we had.
A great relaxing spot !
We would definitely come back.

The property is beautiful and peaceful. I was disappointed that the property manager did not meet us at all (the instructions said she would be there in the first 24-48 hours). It was very difficult to reach her (the phone # in the book got us a recording in Spanish). The maids were supposed to come 3 times and they only came once. The ac in upstairs bedroom leaked on the bed and I had to be there for the repairman. Property manager should have been there. I lost several hours of vacation time with the repairman (who was very nice). Our prearranged transportation to the airport was 35 minutes late and we had to call several times to find out IF they were even coming. Disappointed in the service we received,
