Welcome to Villa Karina, an oceanfront luxury villa awaiting you in Puerto Morelos, a hidden gem on the Mayan Riviera. This very private retreat is a true oasis by the sea.The exquisite villa allows you to experience beachfront living at its finest, complete with privacy, breathtaking views, comfort, and superb service, the perfect setting for a family vacation, excursion with friends or a quick romantic getaway.
This ideally situated villa is only 25 minutes south of the Cancun airport, 25 minutes north from Playa Del Carmen, and only a 15-20 minute beach walk to the Puerto Morelos square, a quaint seaside fishing village with many amazing restaurants, souvenir shops, grocery stores and a park area for children.
As you enter Villa Karina you will be amazed by its truly unique relaxing ambiance and tasteful decor that blends seamlessly with the breathtaking views of the turquoise sea and its lush tropical gardens.
Features of the property:
Villa Karina features over 4000 square feet of beautifully appointed space on two floors and large, furnished rooftop terrace. The main floor with its 10 foot ceilings offer an open concept design. The foyer, kitchen, dining room, and living room are all facing the exquisite pool overlooking the turquoise sea. Huge sliding glass doors allows for unobstructed views of the private pool area and ocean.
This villa offers five beautiful, spacious, and comfortable bedrooms, five en suite bathrooms, one half bath, with two bedroom terraces overlooking the white sandy beaches of the Caribbean Sea.
The gourmet kitchen with high end appliances, a dishwasher, granite counter tops, wine fridge, garburator, along with a fully stocked kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meal. For complete relaxation, Villa Karina also offers a high end chef for in house meals to give you more time to spend with friends and family upon request.
Whether its to enjoy a morning coffee or to sip a refreshing cocktail this villa offers a sun covered porch, a huge beach side palapa , and a furnished rooftop terrace for your relaxation and pleasure. Outdoor furniture includes eight comfortable lounge chairs with white cushions and parasols for sun bathing or star gazing. A table that seats 10 guests for al fresco dining and an outdoor charcoal barbeque. Other outdoor amenities include two bikes for the outdoor enthusiast.
For your comfort, when you need to take a break from the heat, Villa Karina is equipped with air conditioning units with remote and eight ceiling fans with remote. Several smart flat screen TVs, as well as a Bose Bluetooth surround system at your fingertips for your entertainment. Internet is fiber optics for those who enjoy streaming movies or need to do home office and a telephone for local calls are also available to you.
Dora, our property manager, will be sure to accommodate all your needs for an enjoyable and memorable stay. She can organize round trips from the airport, tours, chef services, massages, yoga sessions, cooking lessons, bartender needs, day trips and excursions, recommendations for babysitting and restaurants etc. for the complete enjoyment of your stress free stay. Think of her as your very own private concierge!
The property comes with housekeeping three days a week Monday to Saturday (the days of your choice), pool maintenance, and a groundskeeper.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Karina. The house is lovely and roomy, and we had everything we needed for a great week. Dora was so helpful before and during the trip- thank you! Highlights for us: the pool, going snorkeling on the reef with Joaquin and Kevin (can’t recommend more!!), having dinner cooked for us by Pablo for a couple of the nights, massages by the pool deck, dinner at Burger Underground in town, riding ATV’s and zip line adventure and playing games every night as a family! It’s a great spot for a relaxing vacation!

Large group of extended family, we spent a week in this lovely home. We enjoyed most everything about the house. Everything was exceptionally clean well organized anything that had any problem was immediately addressed. The location is next to an adults only resort and a bit away from the beach activity. But cabs and Ubers are plentiful if you’re not up for a walk.
