Magical time in Lake Kerkini

I highly recommend Kerkini houses. The apartment is incredibly clean, the bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. Exceptional!

We traveled in a group of 4 families. The host waited for us with the cooled rooms. It was very good because we were coming after a 10-hour drive. Before we arrived, he informed us about how to get to the location, he gave us travel tips. The cottages are very clean, spacious and equipped with everything a tourist needs. We will definitely come back whenever we are there. Congratulations!

A cozy place you must visit.

Very cozy place with everything you need for your stay, including good coffee. Located just a short car trip away from the center square (4 min by car tops). The boat harbour where you can take a boat trip (60 EUR for 2 adults and 2 kids) is not more than 7-8 minutes by car. In the local restaurants you can eat buffalo steaks and try buffalo cheese cooked with strawberries.

We stayed at Kerkini Houses for just one night, but it left a lasting impression! The location is excellent—just a short distance from Lake Kerkini and perfect for exploring the area’s natural beauty. The property itself is spotlessly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained, making it a very comfortable place to stay. What really made our visit exceptional was the owner’s incredible friendliness and helpfulness. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. He gave us great recommendations on where to eat, what to see, and how to make the most of our short stay. Thanks to his tips, we discovered places we would’ve otherwise missed and enjoyed a truly authentic experience. Even though our visit was brief, we appreciated the warm atmosphere, attention to detail, and personal touch that made us feel more like guests in someone’s home than visitors at a rental. We would absolutely return for a longer stay and highly recommend Kerkini Houses to anyone visiting the area!

Kerkini was a nice transit stay

It is a complex of 4 little houses with parking place. Clean and confortable, also it has free bikes to use for trips around the lake. Overall a nice play to stay in transit

The location is a bit far from the lake and the humidity is almost 100 percent in summer days Also, if you arrive in the afternoon as we did, no market is open in the village untill 6 PM (in order to buy something to eat or drink)

Beautiful location, very clean, quiet and safe. The covered parking inside the courtyard was a bonus. The individual house equipped with everything was absolutely great (including coffee and cold water).

The host was very friendly and ready to provide assistance. The house was very comfortable with two bedrooms, perfect for a family. They provided free bicycles for a lake visit. The location was perfect with easy access to the points of interest around Lake Kerkini. The price of the house was very satisfactory.

The house is very clean, comfortable and in a very nice country sides. Great size bed (and very comfortable for us), nice sofas bed, a big and very clean bathroom, and also everything you need in the kitchen to cook your meals (sparkling clean- the cleanest kitchen applianceand and dishes i ever met in Greece until now). Location offered also a nice yard with a free covered parking space. They provide free bikes for all the family members. The hosts are great and welcoming people and ready to share a lot of tips that's makes your experience even better. Everything around property is well maintained The lake is very close, and entire area and the villages nearby have that unique Greek charm.

We liked everything about Kerkini Houses! The individual houses are located in a bigger and common yard, having also parking available.
