The online check in process is long winded. Communication was via booking.com/ email and what’s app making it easy to miss bits of info. There is also an option to pay a small fee rather than pay deposit which is a good option but should be made aware of upfront on booking.

Hot in the bedroom. But a trulli must always be that way if bed in the mezzanine. Aircon turned on early sorted it.

Non ho gradito più cose, soprattutto se si pensa che il soggiorno ci è costato 350€ a notte. - Check in online lunghissimo, a detta loro OBBLIGATORIO per avere info su come entrare in struttura e senza di esso non avremmo avuto le info, cosa invece vietata per legge se non in tempo reale. - pulizia non in linea con costo e livello della struttura, ragnatele in ogni angolo e residui di cibo in giardino.. motivo per cui le api erano sempre molte. - camera da letto caldissima, il condizionatore si trovava solo a piano terra. - il soppalco fa un rumore fortissimo, alzarsi di notte significa svegliare tutti. - barbecue in foto di dimensioni rispettabili, una volta arrivati abbiamo trovato una griglia da quattro soldi quasi usa e getta da pic nic in montagna. - richiesta di far trovare l alloggio libero da qualsiasi rifiuto con tanto di posizione a 3 minuti in auto della raccolta rifiuti. Impensabile.
