The property is provides comfortable 2 bedroomed accommodation for 4 people plus a sofa bed. The apulian furnishings blend well with the tastefully restored historic parts of the house.
It is composed by a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, a living room dining table a sofa bed, a spacious master bedroom with a wardrobe, a twin/double bedroom and a bathroom equipped with toilet and shower. Complete the property a complete bathroom with shower at first floor and a terrace with a laundry area.

Fantastic villa with all you need in an interesting nighberhood full of oliveplantation, still with the Castilliana town within a half an hour walk. The coast with some interesting old towns reachable easy with car.
