Cosy Trulli with pool
Located in the south of Bari, in one of the most beautiful place between the Castellana Grotte’s hills, a striking landscape with age-old olive trees where time seems to be stopped to allow you to enjoy the quiet and scents that this place offers to you; moreover we are close to the most beautiful sandy and pebbly beaches. The Country house is composed by a trullo with “lamia” and alcove. Downstairs there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, kitchen with oven and refrigerator, parlour with fireplace, computer with internet connection, TV flat screen, stereo (with ipod connection) with sound spreading in the pool area.Second double bedroom ( that can become a twin bedroom) upstairs.
Outdoors kitchen and shower. 500 square meters garden, ornamental plants, gazebo with dinner table and forms, gazebo with big divan and cushions for total relax, deckchairs, sunshade parasol. Small gazebo with dinner table close to the pool. Parking area shared with the owner.
The airconditioning is available only in the bedroom on the upper level.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to take advantage of it, we will send you instructions for access to the property and we will meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 is €100.00.
The owners, who are very discreet, reside (during certain periods in the summer) in the house next door, but will respect your privacy.
City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights

To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.

Magnifique endroit au milieu des champs d'oliviers, le premier voisin (excepté les parents du propriétaire) sont à quelques centaines de mètres.
Vous avez l'impression de vous retrouver dans un magazine de décoration, tout est pensé pour que l'harmonie règne. Le trullo n'est certes pas spacieux mais il est typique des constructions traditionnelles. Bon point, climatisation dans la chambre du haut, appréciable car il fait très chaud l"été. Tout est très propre, le ménage est fait une fois par semaine. A l'extérieur, luxe calme et volupté ! Superbe piscine, gazebo avec coussins moelleux, c'est juste magnifique. Certes pas donné mais si on veut se faire plaisir pour un séjour hors de la réalité, ça vaut le coup.

Alles hat von A bis Z geklappt - tolle und sehr nette Betreuung während des gesamten Urlaubes.

Ho trascorso una settimana fantastica lo scorso agosto in questo incantevole trullo, con mio marito e le nostre due figlie adolescenti. L'abitazione è molto accogliente, ben tenuta, curata nei particolari e adeguata alle nostre esigenze. Bellissimo e ben organizzato anche lo spazio esterno, con molte aree verdi e fiorite e una grande piscina con gazebo e comodi divanetti. Un vero piccolo paradiso! Utilissima la cucina all'aperto, che mi ha permesso di preparare ottime grigliate per me e la mia famiglia. E' poco distante da Monopoli e Alberobello, città turistiche da visitare assolutamente! Ho già prenotato per questa estate, pronta a visitare nuovi posti della Puglia!

J'ai passé quelque jours dan cette merveilleuse demeure près de Castellana Grotte et de la cote. Elle est parfaite pour se relaxer au bord de la piscine et dans le jardin. Dormir dans le trullo c'est une expérience unique ; confortable et frais sans climatisation. Arriver est très facile parce que le personnel de Trulli & Dimore vous attendra à un lieu de rencontre près de la villa et vous irez ensemble. Pendant le séjour ils ont été très disponibles et gentilles. Le dernier jour nous avons réservés un dîner avec un chef privé organisé de l'agence. Le chef a preparé tout près de nous en expliquant les plats typiques des Pouilles. Je le conseille à qui veut connaitre les Pouilles.
