Seabrook has a kitchen/diner, utility, sitting room, first-floor mezzanine snug, four ground-floor bedrooms including a king-size with en-suite, a double, and two twins, along with a bathroom, shower room and cloakroom. Appliances consist of a double electric oven, 5 ring induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine fridge, washer/dryer, TV, DVD player, and a selection of books and games. Outside there is off-road parking for five cars, and several patio and gravel areas with garden tables and chairs. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and beach in 0.1 miles, and pub in 0.6 miles. Escape to Pembrokeshire at Seabrook. Note: This property is not suitable for babies, toddlers or children under 6 years. Note: EV charging is prohibited.
