Muong Thanh Grand Bai Chay

ONE DAY BEFORE MY CHECK OUT A STAFF NAME THANH ASK ME WHICH CURRY WOULD YOU LIKE I TOLD HER A CHICKEN CURRY . ON MY LAST NIGHT AT BREAKFAST SHE SUPPLY ME THE CHICKEN CURRY IT WAS VERY DELICIOUS I HIGHLY APPRECIATE.I WILL STAY AGAIN IN THE PROPERTY AGAIN.

ALL IS OK

We had a good view of the water, boats, bridge, sky wheel. They did let is check in early and they held our luggage after check out until our leaving time. The staff did try to be helpful but need to be trained a little more in certain jobs.

Check in took much longer than it should have. It felt as if the one person at the counter was new. The walls were thin so people next door could be heard and interrupting sleep. On our last night, my mom had new neighbors who let their children run through hallways, yelling, and hitting doors. When she reported disturbance, staff did nothing. The bed was not comfortable for us and we only had 2 thin pillows. In one of our rooms, the chair broke as soon as it was sat in. The breakfast did not have alot that I enjoyed, but others did.

Staff is very helpful and nice. The room is very big, clean, beds are comfortable. The view is breathtaking :)

- staffs are nice and friendly - good location

- tiny swimming pool (it should be mentionned that it’s for childs only) - breakfirst is serving until 9am only. - in my own oppinion, i’m not sure if this hotel deserve a 4 starts
