Reception was very helpful when I left passports in the safe whilst cruising Halong bay. Presented very quickly to as as we checked in for second stay. Close to cable car and amusement park.
Description of facilities was way off the mark. We were meant to have Executive lounge access, but lounge was 'shut' and had someone seeming to be living in it.
Roof top bar didn't exist, whole floor was empty.
No other bar in hotel, apart from a small servery in 'breakfast' restaurant, that had beer, bourbon, and whisky only. Hard to order any (listed) cocktails.
Room had no special access to 'infinity' pool, and main pool had large stone wall past glass screen.
Main Beach had very noisy music till early in morning.

breakfast was a mix of vietnamese and european , i loved the choice of vietnamese food
particularly liked the sticky rice and prawn/squid spicy dish served on my last morning
some dishes would have worked better not being kept warm for a long time
also lables telling you what the food was rather than guessing would help
