    Traveling is a toddler is never easy and we had some initial hiccups. However the staff, especially the Reception Manager managed to ensure the stay was smooth and problem free. There are rooms for improvement in cleanliness and aircon strength on certain floors; but be assured the staff will try their best to help you.

    We liked the Citadines so much we extended our stay. The one-bedroom apartment was spacious, modern, and clean. The view from the 26th floor was marvellous. The most delightful surprise was the large jug of drinking water in the room. It's a really thoughtful arrangement. The washer/ dryer makes a longer stay convenient. The dryer doesn't dry clothes completely. But the hotel gave us a rack and one can also use the industrial dryers in their launderette for a fee. The hotel's Soul Bowl restaurant has a very international menu and excellent food. We ate several times there and were happy with both the Asian and Western dishes they prepared. One of the key reasons we extended our stay was the excellent service of the hotel staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We were particularly grateful to Rachel who helped us with booking a tour and many other requests. She is kind, professional, and speaks English very well. She often checked on us via Whatsapp after each request to make sure everything was ok. She really made us feel welcome and well taken care of. What an asset for the Citadines!

    Hallways and elevators permanently wet because if other swimmers in and out, room was small but with a view ,the hall carpets had a bad smell we stayed 3 nights but our room was only made up once and we only had 1 coffee in the room the tv had movies and wifi was good and also a nice roof top bar
