Crysstall Halong Boutique Hotel

This hotel ticked every box for our group holiday. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help. Liam, Jenni, and Lily especially made us feel like valued guests. We had no problems during our stay and left with wonderful memories. We'd gladly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We really enjoyed starting each morning with the breakfast buffet. There was a good selection of food, and the options changed slightly each day, which kept things interesting during our stay. Jennie was especially attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed and keeping our coffee cups filled. The restaurant staff were all friendly, polite, and professional. Having such a convenient and delicious breakfast at the hotel saved us a lot of time and made our mornings much easier.
