Welcome to MK1, a spacious loft offering breathtaking views of the Acropolis and sweeping panoramic vistas of Athens.
This expansive 195 sqm apartment is complemented by a lush, green balcony of 175 sqm — perfect for relaxing, dining, or simply soaking in the incredible scenery.
There are two lifts that will take you comfortably to the 5th floor where this apartment is located. Please note that some of the lower floors of this building are still used by various small workshops that make jewelry and clothes.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across three bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1: one double bed and two single beds
• Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed
• Bedroom 3: two single beds
There are also two full bathrooms, offering convenience for groups or families.

Located in Psirri (also spelled Psiri or Psyrri), one of central Athens’ most lively and historic neighbourhoods, the apartment offers a unique blend of tradition and modern flair. Once home to leather workshops, candle makers, and other artisans, Psirri now features traditional crafts alongside a vibrant mix of tavernas, bars, and contemporary eateries. The area is also known for its bold street art and neoclassical charm.
Just minutes from Monastiraki metro station—with direct connections to Athens Airport and Piraeus Port—Psirri borders the Plaka district, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.
Early check in or late check out
We are happy to offer flexible check-in and check-out times, subject to apartment availability. Please note that the official check-in time is by 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Late check in
For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00, we recommend using our trusted taxi service for airport pickup and apartment check-in. Fares up to 23:00 are €45 for a standard taxi and €90 for a minivan, payable directly to the driver. (Different rates apply after 23:00 and for port transfers.)
Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, a member of our staff will meet you there. Please note that a late check-in fee of €20 is payable upon arrival.
