The location it was great .

TV wasn’t working, smoke detector was beating all night long. Unable even to sleep. Breakfast wasn’t included as I was told.

view to the garden was decent

The hotel is mediocre as far as service is concerned. The linens and covers were not at the expectation very cheap quality. The shower and hot water did not work properly and we wasted valuable time waiting for the maintenance person that really did not do anything because we had to wait for the water to come out and eventually get hot water that never happened. It was such a waste of time and did not have a good hot shower after all day traveling. No breakfast or anything because it is busy with the sunday brunch. I would not stay there again.

Good location close to centre, quiet. Bed comfortable. Nice dining area. Breakfast included, though just very basic.

A hotel in need of an update and renovation. Old standard, mainly in bathroom. Not clean, not well maintained. Pool not cleaned, no one is using it. No warm water in shower. TV very difficult to manage (not the correct remotes).

Setting and garden is nice. Service is good. There was a faulty smoke detector in our hall that beeped loudly our entire stay. Sleep was difficult and after I reported it 14 hours later it was not silenced. Also there are no luggage carts and it took several trips through the restaurant for our belongings. We will not stay there again.

No cambian las sábanas cuando sale un huésped, encontré calcetas usadas, sucias y apestosas entre mis cobijas.

El restaurante, y la atención de las personas del midmo

Tienen más cuidado con el restaurante que del hotel, en el baño oxidado el tubo de la regadera, llave salada, toalla de baño rita, falta un bote de basura en el cuarto.

Estancia aceptable, tranquila y segura por ubicación de los alrededores al Centro.

Ubicación conveniente para traslados hacia el Centro, comercios y distancias aceptables a puntos de reunión por trabajo.

Los tiempos de envío para emisión del Comprobante Fiscal por parte del establecimiento ya que se hace por solicitud en sitio y medio de contacto por tratarse de empresa, lo cual regularmente se ocupa servicio de estancia de 2 a 3 veces por trimestre en el año.

Familiar y adecuado para descansar.

Un excelente lugar para llegar a descansar y disfrutar en familia. La comida de muy buena calidad (Realmente disfrutamos). Relación calidad-precio, muy adecuada! Ojo, es hotel familiar, NO es fantasy ni esas cosas modernas de grandes cadenas, si buscas eso, está no es opción.

En nuestra habitación, sugiero mejor ventilación en el Baño.

Las fotos que muestran en el sitio, pero son alejadas de la realidad

Pésimo hotel... Las habitaciones dobles son super pequeñas, su conexión a internet es malísima y la Tv del cuarno era un horror cambiarle de canal. Además habia chinches los colchones mis hijos terminaron todos picoteados. Habiamos reservados 2 días y solo nos quedamos una noche... Pésima experiencia, las fotos y la perspectiva de ellas hacen ver que esta lindo.

Solo el alojamiento es bueno para los que estamos de paso, y céntrico en la ciudad.

La instalación de la ducha sin agua caliente. El desayuno dicen estar a las 8 am, y no es así, sirven después de 8:30

Nunca recomendable

Que mencionan desayuno incluido pero no especifican en la página que es Continental. No te dan toalla para manos que es básica, tampoco te dan tapete de baño, la cortina del baño desajustada, las almohadas viejas en mal estado, los burós pegajosos y tuve que pedir las toallas para baño porque no están en la habitación. La recepción deja mucho que desear en su atención.

Horrible experiencia

Horrible experiencia en ese lugar, reservé por Booking, de entrada, la recepcionista muy grosera y déspota, la habitación en las peores condiciones, después de entrar en la cama me atacaron las chinches del colchón, la regadera costó para que saliera agua caliente, se tapaba la coladera y la cortina hasta hongos tenía, no sé si fue por reservar con descuento que me dieron ese lugar, pero al final estoy pagando un servicio que ofrecen, no hacen ningún favor, está peor que hotel de paso, solo quería descansar, pero fue imposible, iba de paso por trabajo, juro que no vuelvo a pisar ese lugar, ni siquiera aproveché el desayuno incluido, con esa experiencia seguro me hacía daño, salí lo más temprano que pude.
