Excellent location with shops, food and transport links. Views from the apartment were great! Great communication with host. Might be the best sleep I've had - the bedding was so sensational that I had to ask the host where it was from so I could buy them for my own bed.
I stayed during when the weather was too hot, but there was cooling provided when I asked the host.

The key pickup and drop off were awkward as Chelsea Food and Wine did not have the key when we arrived after 3pm on the check-in day and we ought to be able to leave the key in the unit itself when we vacate. (We had an early flight to get to.)
Lights were not working in the 2nd bedroom, bathroom mirror and bathroom by shower.
There were only two mugs provided. There should be 4.
Bathroom was missing plug in sink.
One of the two lifts in building lobby was out of service for the whole duration of our stay causing queues and delays, and forcing us to walk down from the 8th floor at times.
