The location of this property was amazing and in such a pretty little mews.

The apartment is very beautiful and has great potential. One of the strongest points is definitely the location: it is just a short walk from Harrods, in a very elegant and safe area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The spaces are nice and the overall design is pleasant. Moreover, Gianluca was a super host, always available for any question and trying to accommodating our requests when possible.

There are few aspects that could be improved to make the experience even better. The level of cleanliness could be more accurate, as we noticed a few small details (such as some hair on the sheets, some dust on bed headboards and air conditioning). Also, adding mattress and pillow protectors would improve the overall comfort and hygiene. In terms of comfort, the sofa bed was quite hard, so not super comfortable sleeping on it during 4 nights. Regarding the bedrooms on the upper floors, the lack of proper curtains makes it a bit difficult to sleep, as the sunlight comes in quite early in the morning (and luckily we had a lot of sun during our stay). I appreciate that you tried to address this with blackout curtains in the living room, and extending this solution to the bedrooms would make a big difference.
