Location was great right off Brompton Road, 2 mins walk from Harrods and eateries. Nicely proportioned bedrooms one with en-suite. Large entrance area with a living room and joining kitchen and breakfast bar. Free internet too! We stayed in apt 4.
The bathroom, shower, plumbing etc was a little disappointing. We had issues trying to set the temperature on the shower heads, control knobs were loose/damaged and there was zero ventilation/extraction in both bathrooms. This made them stifling ly uncomfortable particularly in the heatwave.

Insufficient teacups / drinking mugs. No tea towel. No TV channels. Noisy people in apartment above at 3am!

First I would like to thank Mr Omar who was very helpful and respond quickly. I asked for extra key, coffee pods, toilet paper and he provided all.. Location is great and easy access to all places, lots of cafes, shopping around.. good they have coffee machine and all kitchen utilities
There was only one bathroom towel, no face, hand floor towels.. the look at the door it is impossible to look, so we used to leave with the door open..the power of the shower of the.. main bathroom is weak.. The size of the second bedroom is too small only enough for one person
