The proximity to the beach. We would stay here again.
The garage was very difficult and stressful to park in. 2 of the 6 cruiser bikes were not functioning but the owner was easy to work with and very receptive to disclosure of issues we had.

Great location central to everything and owner is great with communication
Can be noisy at night for main floor bedroom but otherwise everything you need for a great stay

The location was just amazing! Also the host Fabrizio was great! I had a question about the downstairs bathroom and was great and very easy to talk to and was very kind in his communication!
Only little thing was the garage is tight on space. It was explained in the post though and knew about it. Also there is parking in front and across the street. So not really a concern or issue.
