S-Presso Namba Parks Street

We booked 2 rooms both of which were spacious. Its in a great location near several stations and one stop from Namba. Included breakfast every day was a nice touch - we enjoyed the choice & coffee was very good.

No bedside tables or lamps. No drinking glasses. Very bad smell coming from drain area in shower room. No smell in separate toilet. No lighting over sink area and this was only area that had a mirror

Breakfast experience was awesome except for the loud music, but the staff did turn it down when I told them so.

The location of this hotel is its strong point -- ideally situated a 5min walk from two different metro stations. And only a 15min walk to downtown Namba and Dotonbori attractions.

Though the hotel advertises that its rooms come with a kitchen, in reality, the kitchen is unworkable. The stove does not heat beyond a mere warm level, there are only two small cooking utensils and plates provided. The bathroom had black mould visible behind the toilet due to high humidity and an inoperative exhaust fan. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was limited, coffee was bitter in taste, and hot menu items were always cold. So while the price was enticing for a room with a kitchen, we were rather disappointed in the overall experience.
