Convenient , close to everything. In a quiet location. Good communication and information about the apartment from the beginning. Easy checkin.
Hard beds, the pillows were not up to standard. We woke up in pain due to hard bed. The kitchen was under equipped.

It was spacious and clean
It was not advertised as a no-contact hotel. It was a bit of a pain getting the code and in and out of the room. Also, we arrived in Osaka before the very late 4.00pm check in and there was no where to leave our bags and no one to contact, so had to drag our bags back to the station and pay for lockers
