Excellent séjour passé à la Casa Mentana
Un appartement très confortable et très grand, avec une terrasse très agréable. Un appartement calme et très agréable, à proximité du centre ville. Une hôte à l'écoute et serviable.
Manque quelques ustensiles dans la cuisine (tire-bouchon, râpe à fromage, un peu plus de couverts pour ne pas à avoir à faire fonctionner le lave-vaisselle trop souvent)

Grandi spazi, ma hai fatto 30 senza il 31
Le dimensioni dell'appartamento sono veramente ampie e l'appartamento di presenta bene con finiture di pregio, ma con alcuni difetti, per lo più facilmente correggibili, che penalizzano il tutto ed è un peccato. Le finestre sono disastrose alcune non si aprono neppure (come quella di un bagno) le maniglie sono attaccate in qualche modo. I condizionatori ce ne erano due che non funzionavano e dato il periodo è un serio problema. Alcuni scarichi dei lavandini semplicemente da spurgare lavoro di 2 minuti ma da fare, la pulizia sufficiente, ma decisamente migliorabile. Molto bella la terrazza anche se con il caldo che faceva non l'abbiamo usata. Apprezzata la cortesia di far trovare le cialde del caffè. Nel complesso valida soluzione ma basterebbe poco di più per per prendere il massimo dei voti.

Ottima posizione
Appartamento molto grande, tutti gli ambienti erano molto spaziosi e ben disposti, ottimo il terrazzo. Posizione ottima in 10 minuti a piedi si è nel centro di Terni, facile trovare parcheggio vicino alla struttura.
nel complesso la struttura era in buono stato, piccole cose che vanno migliorate a livello di manutenzione.
