Very quiet, lovely room, delicious breakfast

Lovely comfortable bed and a great view out the window of the valley and the bathroom and bedroom were both incredibly clean

It was old fashioned and reminded me of my Grandparents house. Old crockery, Welsh dresser, piano, laid breakfast table in kitchen, tiled floors,, etc etc......just fab ( for people my age of 60) 😂 The value for money was amazing......in other places breakfast is additional, parking can be additional, but here it is included. The breakfast was limitless of toast, jam,honey and everything you can think of, eggs, croissants, cereal, fruit, tea, coffee and so on, but understandably no bacon and sausage due to budget I'd imagine. But overall marvellous breafdpfast served on a kitchen table set out with "Old Country Rose" pottery which was just ace! The hosts were very very welcoming indeed....Sue and Chris were like I'd known them for years 👌

Not a lot I didn't like, but being a very light sleeper, when other guests moved or came in and out I would be disturbed but I guess that's how a farmhouse actually is! My arrival was greeted by a big barking dog which kept me away from the premises for a while but that was soon sorted as I founfpd the correct door! Again, a rooster woke me at 5.12 am both mornings but that's because I wasn't used to farm life ha ha 😂

Very cheap. Very comfortable bed. Lovely hosts

Bathroom issue with bath shower upstairs but good shower room downstairs.
