Entering in on the second floor this Ocean view 2 bedroom, 2.5 baths townhouse has an excellent view of the pool, courtyard and ocean from the balcony. There is a king in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest room to accommodate a family of four and two twin cots in the guest bedroom closet for overnight guests. The unit sleeps 4 adults. Tile throughout with area rugs to cushion your toes. There is a large screen TV in the living room and another in the master bedroom. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.
