The living room features a 65 inch flat screen TV and DVD player. There is a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress and matching love seat. The sliding door in the living room leads directly to the center lawn and pool area. Just past the pool is the boardwalk to the beach. Both bedrooms have Berber carpeting, the kitchen and baths have ceramic tile and the rest of the unit has plank flooring for easy maintenance. The kitchen has ceiling height cabinets with under cabinet lighting, granite counter tops and all new stainless appliances. Plantation shutters on all windows and sliding glass door. Washer & dryer. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round!
