About this apartment rental
A beautiful view from the balcony in this ocean view 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath townhouse. There is a bathroom conveniently located downstairs. The unit has enough to sleep four. It is furnished with one king bed in the master and one queen in the guest bedroom. There are two TV's, VCR, DVD and a stereo for entertainment within the condo. There are wood laminate floors throughout the condo. At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.

Beautiful rental, must have been recently updated...was even better than pictures. Lots of room for clothes, suitcases, places to hang swimsuits and beach towels. Kid friendly with step stools in the bathrooms and gates for the stairs if needed. Quiet place, never heard neighbors on either side of us. Spectacular view of the ocean right out the family room and master bedroom. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Very minimally stocked - 1/2 roll of 1-ply TP in each bathroom. Nothing else supply-wise. Couch was comfortable - other chairs not for a long stay. Bed was great. Furniture appeared clean, but then we had dog hair on our clothes from couch and pillows. Office sent someone to vacuum the area and they did a great job. Living room fan needed cleaning. No panty for food. No bathroom drawers for our stuff. Great view. Domestic squabble next door had us leaving early. Would we recommend this unit? Maybe...
