Great location !!! Cozy apartment, very well equipped, barbecue on the balcony, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms, kitchen utensils complete with microwave, blender, electric pan, burger.
Nice family atmosphere, very wonderful, balcony overlooking pool.
Located 800mts from Itaguá mall and beach, near the best bars, restaurants, Ubatuba Aquarium, two blocks from the Tamar project.

Tivemos uma excelente estadia. Renata sempre muito prestativa nos auxiliou sempre que necessário. Apto muito bem cuidado e organizado. Fomos em família e gostamos muito. Pretendo voltar Maia vezes .

O apartamento é lindo e confortável, super completo para fazer comidas em casa, churrasco, e da para aproveitar bem a pscina do condomínio. Localização ótima, tudo show! Renata foi atenciosa desde o primeiro contato, nenhum defeito 💕 que possamos voltar novamente!
