Renovated apartment, located in prime area of Praia Grande - Ubatuba, located one block from the beach, close to bakeries, Bom Quilo restaurant (seasons), mini markets, shopping, gas station and newsstand. We rent only for family and maximum 8 people, 2 bedroom apartment with 1 suite all with ceiling fans and 2 bathrooms. American kitchen with basic utensils and service area. Dining rooms and living room with well-ventilated TV with balcony and fan. It has garage for 2 small cars.

Apartamento excelente, o ambiente interno é aconchegante e bem preservado, além de ótima localização (próximo a praia, supermercado etc).
Além disso o proprietário é atencioso, foi muito prestativo e comunicativo.

Fui bem atendida desde o inicio do contato até o final. O ap estava bem limpo, bem iluminado, cozinha com utensílios completos, ótima localização. Voltarei com certeza.
