The apartment is in a small cul-de-sac between Itaguá and Tenório, Rua do Sossego, an inspiring name that portrays the place well.
The building has two floors, 8 apartments, a super helpful and friendly caretaker.
There are 3 bedrooms, one suite with double bed and balcony, one bedroom with double bed and one with two single beds.
The suite is one of the bedrooms with windows facing a green area. Two bathrooms with stall. Closets in all bedrooms.
Living room with sofas being a sofa bed, TV, stereo, closet. Lunch room with balcony combined with the living room.
All bedrooms and living rooms with ceiling fans.
Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, appliances, cabinets, dishes, pots, all complete.
Laundry room with washing machine.
Garage for 2 cars. Downstairs play area.
The apartment is 5min walk from Itaguá Bay with a beautiful view, where you can still see the sun and moon rising.
It is a 10-minute walk from Tenório Beach and Praia Grande, where there are kiosks.
If you want a less crowded beach, head to Red Center, suitable for surfing and body boarding, 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot.
From there you can head to Cedro Beach, with its calm and clear waters, suitable for snorkling. In summer there are stand-up boards and kayaks for rent.
Schooner trips to hard-to-reach islands and beaches leave from Itaguá, 5 minutes from the AP.
You can also take a walk to the "Caisão" with beautiful views of Itaguá, Iperoig Beach, islands and part of Ubatuba's jagged coastline.
Bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants nearby as well.
In the avenue of Praia do Itaguá you will find restaurants with sea view, shopping, cinema, shops, ice cream shops.
The TAMAR Sea Turtle Preservation Project and the Aquarium are also in the Itaguá neighborhood and are worth visiting.
Guarani Street, Ubatuba's "Broadway" is another interesting place to stroll with shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, charming shopping centers.
You can rent a bike and ride the bike path from Itaguá to Centro, along the waterfront.
Bus stop 5 minutes from the place.
Ubatuba has about 100 beaches along its jagged coastline and islands.
It is worth visiting some beaches like Felix, Itamambuca, Prumirim, Puruba, Almada, Farm Beach to the north. To the south, Domingas Dias Beach, Sununga, Vermelha do Sul, Fortaleza are some suggestions.
There are many trails offered in the region, which cross the Atlantic forest through waterfalls or deserted beaches.
Ubatuba has 80% of its area preserved by the Serra do Mar State Park which makes the region a great paradise.

O apartamento é maravilhoso, tudo o que precisamos tinha no AP.
Quantos ótimo, sala e cozinha muito boa.
Adoramos a localização Do a Sílvia anfitriã me tirou todas as dúvidas.

hospedagem muito boa , o apartamento é lindo e muito confortável ,acomoda tranquilo 8 pessoas mais o apartamento é grande então acomoda até mais ,apartamento tbm em ótimo estado ,bem organizado ,zelador sem palavras muito simples e atencioso ,,,proprietária tbm nos deu atenção ....tbm lembrando q é muito perto de tudo ,bairro itagua é muito estruturado ,não falta nada ,,,e as praias do tenório e praia grande são bem próximas .....provavelmente voltaremos ...
