O ap, é bem localizado, espaçoso, tem todos os utensílios para uma estadia curta ou longa, o ar condicionado fez toda diferença, todos funcionando bem. O condomínio é bem tranquilo, o síndico e os funcionários muito educados e solicitos o anfitrião o Leonardo, muito atencioso e cuidadoso, flexível com o horário de entrada e saída. Wi-Fi, bem funcional. Gostamos muito, apesar de um pequeno incidente..
O que não gostamos no imóvel, foi do colchão de casal do quarto da suíte, muito duro e desconfortável. Como choveu a noite e o dia todo do domingo, acordamos com a cozinha alagada devido uma infiltração no teto.. Comuniquei o Leonardo e de imediato, ele solicitou a presença do síndico e da faxineira para minimizar o perrengue.
