About this apartment rental
Apartment located on the most sought after beach on the north coast of São Paulo one block from the great beach, close to bakeries, mini-supermarkets, and restaurants. We rent only for family and maximum 10 people. 3 bedrooms being a suite, all with ceiling fans and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Large kitchen with basic appliances. Dining room and TV room well ventilated with balcony and ceiling fan. It has garage for two cars of walking (small) with electric gate.

Apartamento exatamente como nas fotos, localização muito boa (150 metros da Praia, e de mercados, farmácia e padaria), a Priscila (que cuida do imóvel) é muito solícita, atenciosa e acessível. Quanto ao imóvel, tudo correu bem. Recomendo.

Apartamento muito , tudo funcionando.
Muito bom mesmo, tudo muito limpo, sindico muito atencioso nota 9,5 só não é 10 porque estávamos com crianças de 2 e 3 anos e na sacada não tinha proteção.

Tudo muito limpo e organizado, o proprietário muito atencioso e em especial a atenção da zeladora Priscila e seu esposo Cleiton. Recomendo.
