Local muito bom.voltaria outra vez. O Fabrício e um ótimo anfitrião.
Senti falta da fronha do travesseiro.e cama. Mas o anfitrião ja havia alertado sobre isso.

A localização é boa! O apartamento é confortável. O bairro é bom de fácil, perto de supermercados, padarias e várias praias de Ubatuba. O zelador é muito educado, prestativo e pró-ativo.
Sugiro fazer melhor vistória da propriedade antes de locar entre um turista e outro, prevenindo quaisquer desconforto, ou equívocos. Estava ciente que não havia internet local! É importante os turistas saberem que não há canais abertos: como Globo, SBT, Band. O apartamento é bom!!! |Mas penso que se melhorar um pouquinho a infraestrura como: Internet, instalação de filtro para água. Um rolo de papel higiênico para entrada no apartamento e/ou talvez pequenos saches de sal, açucar, café com repasse para o locador , ficaria ainda melhor! Porém é recomendável sim a locação para familiares, (VÃO GOSTAR!!!)
