Ótima localização, lugar super tranquilo com ótimos quiosques a 5 minutos do apartamento.
Com certeza voltaria novamente com minha família ou amigos.

O apartamento muito completo e sossegado. Foi ótimo passar as férias neste local.

Apartamento em localização excelente, porém necessita urgente de uma reforma, principalmente no banheiro (reboco teto caindo, box quebrado, porta toalhas quebrado), os moveis são antigos, no quarto tem 2 televisões que não funcionam, ar condicionado necessita de limpeza, freezer na cozinha enferrujado e com portas quebradas, porta da cozinha quebrada sem maçaneta, a garagem é bem apertada e acredito que só cabe 2 se forem pequenos (tipo palio, gol, uno ou menor) e com dificuldade.
No geral, considerando a localização e o preco, valeu a estadia.
