BH ROSE Apartment

Modern, recently renovated apartment, well equipped, good size for 3-4 persons, comfortable. Easy check-in process.

The location is nice and safe but a bit far from the city centre, 20 min walk. There are busses nearby but their schedule is so chaotic that we didn't use them.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento a Lubiana con la famiglia e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. La posizione, leggermente fuori dal centro, è in realtà un grande punto di forza: la zona è tranquilla e silenziosa, ma il centro città è facilmente e velocemente raggiungibile con i mezzi o anche in auto. L’appartamento è nuovissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli, estremamente funzionale e dotato di tutto ciò che può servire per un soggiorno confortevole per 4 persone, sia breve che più lungo. Un ringraziamento speciale alla proprietaria, che è stata semplicemente impeccabile: gentilissima, sempre disponibile e pronta a rispondere in qualsiasi momento della giornata per ogni necessità o richiesta. La sua accoglienza ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque voglia visitare Lubiana senza rinunciare a comfort, tranquillità e un’ospitalità davvero straordinaria.

We were very comfortable here. Nothing was missing. Helena is very caring ans nice. Towels,napkins,shampoo,detergent,- we had all we needed. AC was working well. Big dinninf table with comfy chairs. The bedroom bed was big and nice. The bedroom always cool in the very hot days. Our teens were sleeping on the sofa,but we knew that from the photos. There's a big tab in the bathroom. Mercator market very near,just a minute away. There is also a small balcony which meant a lot to us. The buidling seems an older one but it is in a quiet and nice area with free parking under shade.

- Online lock system makes check in easy. But make sure to read the instructions if you’re not familiar with it! We thought we were supposed to punch in the code somewhere in the door. When we did not see a keypad on the door, we panicked for a bit until we read the instructions more carefully. - decent size apartment with balcony - basic supplies available in the kitchen - TV had YouTube

We did not realize the apartment is on the 5th floor and no elevator. This is tough with kids and suitcases. Also there was no shower curtain. We didn’t want to flood the bathroom so had to take a shower while sitting in the small bathtub - inconvenient. We did not receive checkout instructions until the morning of the check out. We were surprised that there were tourism taxes to pay in cash last minute - had to go to ATM to get cash. No detergent, no washing machine Only toxic Teflon cooking pots and pans and plastic cutting board available. Please replace with non-toxic options.
